One type of belt conveyor equipment are drums. They are responsible for belt tension, change the direction of its movement, have a positive effect on the grip and ultimately ensure smooth operation of the entire system. Drive drums drive the belt on the conveyor, determine its direction of travel and are responsible for its tensioning.
The design of a belt conveyor drum consists of a cylinder-shaped shell, a shaft, a cast steel disc and a clamping sleeve. Drums are covered with protective materials (liners), which increases the serviceability of the equipment due to its better adhesion to the conveyor belt, protects the drum surface from mechanical damage.
These products are manufactured to the required belt width.
All components are manufactured using modern machine tools, which guarantees their high quality and ability to operate in different climatic conditions and environments.
