Mine trolley VG-1,3

Mine freight trolley with a blank body with a capacity of 1.3 m³, designed for transportation of rock mass.

The trolley is equipped with modernized closed-type wheelsets with a double protection system, which prevents dust and moisture from entering the bearing assemblies.

The bowl of the trolley is made of 4 mm thick sheet metal with an 8 mm thick sheet edging.

The design of the trolley allows loading pieces of rock with dimensions up to 400 mm in any dimension. The rounded bottom prevents rock sticking, and stamped stiffeners significantly increase the service life.

There are options for the delivery of a trolley with an increased wall thickness of the bowl. The hook hitch can be made in a cast version and from alloy steel sheet with subsequent heat treatment. Bolt-on fastening allows quick change of the wheelset.
