Mine trolley VG-11

Mine freight trolley with a solid body with a capacity of 11 m³, designed for transportation of rock mass.

The design is within the dimensions of the VG-9 trolley and does not violate the technological cycle.

The trolley is equipped with modernized wheelsets mounted on swivel bogies.

Ball bearings are installed between the bowl and the bogies, which provides free rotation of the bogie when the bogie is fully loaded and allows easy cornering with a minimum radius of curvature of the rail track.

The trolley bowl is made of 14 mm thick sheet metal, divided into three sections and has rounded corners and a lined bottom.

The ribs of the partitions of the bowl are made of steel with increased wear resistance.

The use of a rubber-metal buffer and a closed-type wheelset provides an increased service life and significantly reduces the time for maintenance of the car.
