Mine trolley VG-1,4

Mine freight trolley with a blank body with a capacity of 1.4 m³, designed for transportation of rock mass.

The trolley is equipped with modernized closed-type wheelsets with a double protection system, which prevents dust and moisture from entering the bearing assemblies.

The bowl of the trolley is made of 4 mm thick sheet metal with an 8 mm sheet edging. The rounded bottom prevents rock sticking, and stamped stiffeners significantly increase the service life.

There are options for the delivery of a trolley with an increased wall thickness of the bowl. The hook hitch can be made in a cast version and from alloy steel sheet with subsequent heat treatment. Bolt-on fastening allows quick change of the wheelset. In comparison with the trolley, VG-1.3 has an increased body volume, which makes it possible to carry a large mass of cargo.
