Platform for transportation of coils

This platform is designed for the transportation of large cable coils. The design provides for the installation of bobbins with a cable with a diameter of up to 2.5 meters, a height of up to 1.4 meters and a weight of up to 12 tons.

  The design of the trolley has retractable stops, which, when unfolded, go beyond the side dimensions of the platform and increase its supporting area. In this case, the stops do not protrude beyond the top plane of the trolley and allow the trolley to be used as an ordinary platform for transporting of non-bulk cargo. 

  Closed-type wheelsets reduce the time for maintenance of the trolley significantly and rubber shock absorbers provide increased smoothness when this platform is moving.

  The coupling device is equipped with a rubber-metal buffer and has an increased service life. Its design allows you to replace a worn-out element quickly without using a special tool.
