Tow truck platform for bottom unloading trolleys

This platform is a tow truck for trolleys with a damaged wheelset from the breakdown location to the place of repair.

  The platform is a low-profile frame structure, on the front of which there is a support for attaching the transported trolley. At the back there are two hydraulic manual jacks with a stroke of 300-400 mm, a manual winch.

  During the evacuation, the trolley is lifted from the damaged side with regular jacks and a tow truck platform is rolled under it.

  When lowering, the trolley is installed on the platform support and fixed with hooks for the trolley frame. To prevent the trolley from sliding down during its transportation, an additional fixation is made with a winch.

  Transportation is carried out by means of an installed automatic hitch compatible with Willison couplings, or by means of a link coupling.
