Transport platform VP-4

The on-board transport platform is designed for assembly and repair work of special equipment, transportation of non-standard and lengthy oversized cargo from loading points to consumers.

The transport platform is a welded metal structure consisting of a platform with rigid sides. Made of low-alloy steel sheet and stiffeners.

High sides ensure full loading of the trolley, keep the load within the inner dimensions of the trolley, and prevent the lateral shift of the load.

The design of the wheelset allows for surfacing repairs without dismantling the bearings and disassembling the bearing boxes.

Dismantling and installation work is carried out with hand tools, which simplifies the repair.

The use of a closed-type wheelset provides an increased service life and significantly reduces the time for maintenance of the trolley.
