Hopper VBU-3.2

Mine bunker car with end unloading with a nominal body volume of 3.2 m³ is intended for transportation of bulk cargo (crushed stone, sand, sand and gravel mixture, etc.), as well as cement mortars from loading points to their destination.

The hopper is a welded metal structure consisting of a bottom, side, end walls made of sheet, low-alloy steel and stiffeners.

The trolley body has two sections, separated by a wall of 14 mm sheet, which in turn allows transporting different cargoes simultaneously, which are not allowed to be mixed with each other.

The design provides four gates for easy unloading.

The trolley is equipped with two pneumatic vibrators to ensure complete unloading and prompt unloading.

The design of the bunker provides the ability to clean its inner surface from contamination using mechanized means and manually.

The rubber-metal buffer provides smooth movement and easy replacement of the damping element, as well as reliable adhesion to the rolling stock.
