Trolley for explosive materials VM-4.0

The trolley is intended for transportation of explosive materials and means of initiation from storage depots to places of use.

The trolley body consists of a steel frame, which is sheathed with steel sheet from 8 mm.

The internal cavity of the body, including all walls, bottom, ceiling, as well as doors, must be lined with wood lumber, at least 25 mm thick and impregnated with a fire retardant compound.

The trolley has a removable roof with low weight. It can be removed by two workers without using lifting devices.

The manufacture of the roof is allowed from composite and metal non-combustible materials.

The trolley body is equipped with two side doors hinged outward with the possibility of installing a padlock and a seal.

It is possible to install fire extinguishers on the body without significantly affecting the overall dimensions.

The rubber-to-metal buffer ensures smooth movement and easy replacement of the damping element.
