The gondola wagon with end unloading with a nominal body volume of 3.3 m³ is designed for the transportation of bulk cargo, as well as cement mortars and concrete.
The trolley is a welded metal structure consisting of a bottom, side, end walls made of sheet, low-alloy steel and stiffening ribs 14 mm thick.
The trolley body has one section for cargo transportation.
The VBU-3.3 trolley has a gate on one side, to ensure complete and operational unloading of the bunker, it is equipped with two pneumatic vibrators, with two gate valves at the end.
The design of the bunker provides the ability to clean its inner surface from contamination using mechanized means and manually.
The use of a closed-type wheelset provides an increased service life and significantly reduces the time for maintenance of the trolley.
The design of the wheelset allows for surfacing repairs without dismantling the bearings and disassembling the bearing boxes.
Dismantling and installation work is carried out with hand tools, which simplifies the repair.
