A mine freight car with side unloading with a volume of 7.5 m³ is designed to transport rock mass with a bulk density of 2.5 t / m³ with a maximum carrying capacity of 14 tons.
The trolley has a fixed base and a swivel bowl with a hinged side wall.
Loading into trolleys is carried out according to the principle and into VG trolleys, and unloading at specialized stations.
At these stations, the base of the trolley is fixed, and the lifting device tilts the bowl into the unloading hopper. Due to the fact that the car has a large area of the unloading opening, large pieces of rock do not get stuck during unloading.
Unloading of trolley trains is carried out at special points equipped with two pneumatic or hydraulic rod pushers.
The rubber-metal buffer provides smooth movement and easy replacement of the damping element.
To unify the elements used in the support device, a range of purchased products is used, which fully advises purchased wheelset products.
