IMPROVED WHEELSETS FOR TROLLEYS (FREIGHT TROLLEY - FT, SIDE UNLOADING TROLLEY - SUT, PASSENGER TROLLEY - PT, BOTTOM UNLOADING TROLLEY – BUT)

  A wheelset is the main element of the running gear of mine trolleys. The improved wheelset was designed based on the comments and wishes of organizations with many years of experience in trolley operation in difficult mining and geological conditions.

A unified wheelset is designed for mine freight trolleys such as a freight trolley, a side unloading trolley, a passenger trolley and a bottom unloading trolley for 600, 750, 900 mm tracks. 

• The reduced weight of the bandage, the absence of bolts in fastening allows you to reduce the cost of repair work, as well as labour intensity of maintenance;
• Owing to the reinforced bearing boxes the service life is more than five times longer compared with a standard wheelset;
•  The front cover has a rubber seal and is protected from bumps and twisting by a "glass";
