 WHEELSETS FOR TROLLEYS (FREIGHT TROLLEY - FT, PASSENGER TROLLEY - PT, BOTTOM UNLOADING TROLLEY – BUT)

A wheelset is the main element of the running gear of mine trolleys. The improved wheelset was designed based on the comments and wishes of organizations with many years of experience in trolley operation in difficult mining and geological conditions.

  A unified wheelset is designed for mine freight trolleys such as a freight trolley, a side unloading trolley, a passenger trolley and a bottom unloading trolley for 600, 750, 900 mm tracks

- A bandage of expanded thickness with volume heat treatment increases the resource of the flange and the rolling surface of the wheel more than twofold;

- Bearings of the improved wheelset are unified with bearings of standard design;

- The sealed cover protects the bearing assembly reliably, therefore the service life of bearings is by more than three times longer;

- The wheel cover is a power element of the structure. It increases the resource and reliability of the product significantly;
