COPPER PULLEY (D – 2140)

The copper pulley is the basis of the mechanism for lifting or lowering the cage. It is also designed to maintain and change the direction of the steel ropes on which the cutting equipment used in the construction of ore, coal and shale mines is suspended. The pulley is driven by an electric motor and is responsible for ensuring reliable and safe operation of the mine.

On our machine-building factory the pulley was restored, shafts and hoops were made, mechanical machining of the product was performed.

The material: Steel 09Г2С GOST 19281-2014.
