We make parts for Russian TPPs

«OKB Mikron» signed a contract with JSC Power Machines within the framework of inter-plant cooperation on production of turbine parts for hydropower engineering. 

 
Before the start of works at OKB MIKRON, a technical audit was conducted, which consisted in checking the quality management system in place at the plant. Within the framework of the audit all subdivisions of the plant were checked with regard to the procedures that directly influence on obtaining quality products - document management, product identification, fulfillment of technology requirements, use of only certified tools in the production process. In this regard, the auditors were particularly interested in the warehouse, production, technical control department and metrology department. No critical remarks were identified. As a result of the audit, the independent experts recognized the enterprise as suitable for the production of products for Power Machines JSC.

The company also signed a contract with Power Machines for the manufacture and delivery of 10 shaft rotating devices for Kirishskaya, Karmanovskaya, Reftinskiye, Surgutskaya, Kashirskaya GRES. The first delivery is scheduled for June 2024, and the end of the contract is scheduled for May 2025. All manufactured products will differ in their characteristics and dimensions, and the weight of the largest device will be about 8 tons. 

In addition, OKB MIKRON's Commercial Director Service is currently negotiating with Kaluga Turbine Works, a member of Power Machines, to manufacture turbine parts for Krasnoyarsk CHPP-1.
