The company «Norilsky nickel» has received 14 mine-wagon-safes with the volume of body 3,4 m³. Trolleys are necessary for transportation and storage of valuable equipment of small dimensions.
For more than 10 years «OKB MIKRON» develops new projects of rail and mine transport and modernize the existing ones. Behind each product is the coordinated work of the machining, welding and assembly shops.
They produce and collect trolleys in workshops «OKB MIKRON». Assembly begins with the chassis of the trolley: axle, lever, wheel pairs. The next stage is the inner and outer body. It is a welded frame equipped with two side, end doors and a hinged roof. It is made of materials of high rigidity to ensure the safety of the cargo in any operation of the trolley. The initial assembly of the frame takes place at the welding stage, and on the assembly area the trolleys come with the doors. This is where they put the top cover doors.
They are equipped with spirals, locks and eyelets for mounting padlocks and seals. The side doors are equipped with observation windows protected by a steel grid.
