Faster, bigger, more powerful

Today, gear products are processed on the MAAG SH 250/300 at the production site of our company. The maximum dimensions of the parts processed on such a machine are limited to a diameter of 3080 mm. 
Our company strives to expand its production capabilities, so this spring we started preparing for the installation of the MAAG SH 600 / 1600S dental drilling machine, which will be able to process parts up to 16 meters in diameter, up to 2 meters high and weighing up to 200,000 kg. Preparatory work is currently underway on the territory of the plant, and reinforcement is being mated. Foundation filling, installation and assembly will begin in the summer. 
The machine will be upgraded in two stages: first, the processing of products will be limited to a standard diameter of 7350 mm, then the production capacity of the machine will be increased to 16 meters. At the same time, the foundation is designed for 16 meters at once.

The launch of the machine will allow our company to perform more machining operations on tooth rings with different tooth inclination. The equipment will be assembled and put into operation under a special heated dome this year.
