OKB MIKRON has opened the doors of the enterprise for young machine builders.

On September 17, an open Day was held at OKB MIKRON. We were really looking forward to this event, because not every year we managed to organize it. But most of all his children were waiting for him! About 300 children of different ages, accompanied by dads, moms, grandparents, finally saw where their relatives work. And it was a genuine interest.
On the Open Day, young machine builders tried themselves in the professions of welder, turner, loader and others. To do this, the IT department specialists developed computer mini-games where it was possible to process a part or, for example, to assemble industrial blanks using VR glasses.
According to tradition, the company's CEO Dmitry Salov and other representatives of the directorate gave children and their parents a tour of buildings K-1, K-2 and at the GSHO site and told about changes at the enterprise, new developments and plans for the future. The guys saw huge machines, learned how they work, asked questions.

This year, the organizers of the event focused on the professional development of small micron residents. At the entrance to the factory, the guys were given real workbooks, where they celebrated their "working day" by visiting different locations. For this, they were presented with memorable gifts at the end of the holiday.
The youngest guests were waiting for a festive program with animators who fell in love with Mikrosha and his sister Gear. The children painted the trolley, performed crafts at master classes, danced and, of course, were treated to cotton candy. It was a real celebration of childhood!
