Before starting the main day of the economic forum, Arkady Dvorkovich, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, greeted all participants and emphasized that the key task here was to discuss the development of Russia until 2025, to announce concrete steps and proposals to be included in the agenda of federal agencies. The business programme for 21 April included more than twenty various events – round tables, brainstorming and working sessions.
