Big project

At the final stage, work is underway on the manufacture of the main rotor assemblies and the assembly of a 125-ton dump truck for the CEMEQ Minerals company.

The peculiarity of the work on the project was that during the manufacture of four wheels of the car dumper, «OKB MIKRON» specialists adapted the customer's drawings to the actual production conditions and technologies of our enterprise, discovered a new technology for machining sections of tooth rings using a band saw, and also conducted a detailed design analysis, developed optimal technological processes for manufacturing and the assembly of individual components and assemblies, selected materials and components that must meet the high requirements of strength, reliability and durability.

After assembly, under the guidance of representatives of the customer company, our company's specialists made sure of the smooth and even rotation of the discs by turning them 360 degrees with a crane. Evgeny Ilyin, Operating Director of CEMEQ Minerals, and the heads of the customer company were directly involved in the planning and adjustments of production processes.
