OKB MIKRON was visited by the Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Yury Lapshin and the Minister of Industry, Energy and Housing and Communal Services Yevgeny Afanasyev.

Traditionally, the meeting began with a tour of the enterprise, which was led by General Director Dmitry Salov and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kaneks Group Alexander Kantsurov. This is not the first visit of the regional leadership to our production. Much has been done since their last visit to the Heavy Engineering Center. In particular, a unique for the country testing range for mining equipment has been prepared for operation, a five-coordinate MAKINO center has been mounted, and construction of a site for the Terus heat and power generation complex has begun.

Special attention was paid to the TWG project at the meeting. The guests noted the high importance of the development, which will provide heat and electricity to remote regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the country as a whole. However, to implement the Terus project, it is necessary to expand the area to 50 hectares.

“This is a unique investment project for the country, when, in fact, from scratch, according to new technologies and standards, not just an enterprise is being created, but a large Center for Heavy Engineering with patented engineering solutions.
