OKB MIKRON at COAL OF RUSSIA AND MINING Exhibition

On 5 to 8 June 2018, OKB MIKRON (part of the KANEX group) first participated in the 25th Jubilee International Exhibition of Mining Technologies called COAL OF RUSSIA and MINING held in Novokuznetsk. The exhibition is the only project in Russia for all sectors of mining industry, a unique platform for demonstrating the latest technologies and No. 1 in the world in terms of underground coal mining. The exhibition was attended by 626 companies from 27 countries. Top world manufacturers presented advanced technology prototypes of equipment for drilling and driving, open pit mining and mineral processing.
 

Our company was represented by Alexandr Arshinov, Chief Sales Officer for the mining equipment, and Artem Roev, Head of Design Department. While attending the exhibition, their principal task was to present our company's range of mine cars, which are successfully operated at many Russian enterprises. At the exhibition stand, models of freight and special-purpose cars were demonstrated, as well as sample copies of modernized wheel sets in section, which could not but attract the specialists of mining enterprises who visited the exhibition. The issue of modernization and innovations introduced by our company was widely revealed to the visitors by our colleagues. Among our visitors were representatives of such enterprises as EVRAZ, ALROSA, Abazinskiy Rudnik, Kuzbassgiproshakht, NPO Akonit and other large mining companies. All guests showed interest in cooperation.
We are confident that this exhibition will allow us to find new partners, establish successful cooperation with new companies and significantly expand the geography of our market presence!
