The limited space, which makes it difficult to maneuver and maintain equipment, high dust and gas content, high humidity in combination with aggressive chemicals contained in mine waters, place increased demands on reliability, safety and maintenance of mine rail transport.
Our trolleys manage to keep their mark, remaining indispensable assistants in the transportation of ore and payloads, and the heads of mine departments note the advantages of transport, such as smooth running and comfort. However, the emergence of new tasks underground requires periodic additions and updates to the model range and the manufacture of special wagons for specific purposes.
In March, our colleagues Artyom Roev and Beknur Cholushev visited several Norilsk mines and met with employees operating the equipment of OKB MICRON. The technical visit provided valuable first-hand information and outlined steps to upgrade the car fleet.
The results of the trip are now being carefully analyzed. All suggestions for improvement will be taken into account in the further serial production of trolleys.
