Strategic session

IEC "Siberia" hosted a strategic visiting session "OKB MICRON".

The work on creating the strategy began last year. During this time, a comprehensive analysis of the company and its market position was carried out. As a result, we determined the directions of development, formed a mission and strategic goals, developed plans and tasks, which we acquainted the heads of the division with at the last event.

At the visiting session, reports were made by the General Director Dmitry Salov, the heads and those responsible for the implementation of the developed development goals.

Implementation of the chosen strategy will help our company reach a new level and become a leader in the engineering industry in terms of production efficiency.
