• Thermal cutting

Gas cutting of metal is carried out on gantry multi-cutting machines with CNC, with a manufacturing accuracy within ± 0.5 mm, with a maximum sheet thickness of up to 300 mm. With straight cuts, it is possible to perform gas cutting of steel at thicknesses up to 700 mm. Plasma cutting of metal is carried out along straight paths over a length of up to 12,000 mm. Maximum plasma cutting thickness up to 40 mm. Cutting of steel up to 10 mm thick can be done with guillotine shears.

  • Profile cutting

Cutting of section steel is carried out on semi-automatic band saws with a cooling system; this is an effective and practically waste-free method of metalworking, which makes it possible to obtain precise workpieces with a smooth cut, without deformations and with minimal metal losses. The design of the band saws used in production allows cutting workpieces from structural, alloy steels, titanium and non-ferrous alloys, to gauge length, both by marking and by stop. Cutting of workpieces at an angle of 90 °, 45 °, 60 ° is functionally possible. The maximum diameter of workpieces is 330 mm and 255 mm.

  • Mechanical cutting

For the preparation of edges for welding, bevelling and bevelling machines are used, the bevel angle is from 15º to 60º. If necessary, manual gas or plasma bevel cutting is performed.

  • Pressure treatment

The press hydraulic equipment park allows bending parts with a force from 100 kN to 1600 kN, complex configuration and thickness, from structural, high-alloy steels, non-ferrous alloys and titanium, depending on the customer's requirements. Tooling (dies for cold stamping) is designed and manufactured using a patented technology independently, based on the requirements of the design documentation.

  • Abrasive jet machining

In the technological process of manufacturing products, an important role is played by cleaning the surfaces of metal parts and assembly units from rust, scale and other contaminants. Surface cleaning is important both before painting and before preparing parts for welding to obtain quality welded joints.
For primary cleaning, shot-blasting lines are used, the maximum part thickness is 500 mm, with a width of 2,600 mm and a length of 12,000 mm.

  • Hot stamping

Hot stamping of parts is carried out on pressing equipment, using the open stamping method, the maximum force is 1 600 kN, the weight of the parts is up to 50 kg. Processing of structural, alloyed steels, non-ferrous alloys is possible. Punches and punching dies are designed and manufactured in-house. Body parts of various configurations, including lining bolts and nuts, are produced by hot stamping. Heating of workpieces, depending on the size, is carried out by high-frequency currents or in hardening furnaces.

  • Bending of sheet metal parts

Bending of sheet parts is performed on CNC sheet bending equipment. The maximum bending force is 2,200 kN. The maximum tool width is 4,100 mm.

  • Rolling

Bending of cylindrical and conical steel billets with a yield strength of 250 MPa up to a thickness of 20 mm and a width of 2,500 mm using CNC equipment. The minimum bending angle for parts 20 mm thick and 2,500 mm wide is 390 mm. The minimum bending radius for sheet metal parts 11 mm thick and 2000 mm wide is 230 mm.
