Copper fasteners have low specific resistance, high thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion and aggressive effects of the external environment.

Copper fasteners are used in many construction applications. For example, only copper nails and self-tapping screws are used for copper roofing, copper rivets, bolts and screws are used for construction of copper products, and copper bolts, copper washers and copper nuts are used for electrical work.

Also, copper fasteners are widely used in electrical work for installation of power cables and wires.
