MIDDLE GEAR

Gears are used in rotary car dumpers and provide transmission of torque from the drive to the rotors of the car dumpers.

The middle gear consists of a frame, bearing supports, shaft and toothed gears. Toothed couplings are also installed on the middle pinion to connect it with other car dumpers units.

Frame structure is made of welded material steel 09G2S. Toothed gears are made of castings of steel 45. Shaft is made of section rolled material with testing of mechanical properties. Shaft material is steel 40XHN.
