GEAR RIMS

At present, OKB Mikron is launching the production of modular gears for ESh-10/70 excavators, after that the production for other types of excavators will be mastered, it is supposed that unique properties of modular gears will be effective in other types of equipment, requiring periodic repairs of the main gear pair, including mills of different types and rotary kilns.

The use of this technology has no limitations on the dimensional parameters of the products and can be used on the tooth rims of two, four, eight and more sectors without changing the connecting dimensions. In the future it is planned to master the production of modular tooth rims with diameters up to 16 000 mm.
